PROJEKT "CAMPHELP" KARTICA

Kako bismo osigurali sigurnije i bezbrižnije putovanje svim kampistima koji se kreću cestama, predlažemo posebno osmišljeni projekt koji smo za sada nazvali radnim imenom CAMPHELP. Smisao projekta CAMPHELP je olakšati rješavanje problema kampista, za što je potrebna suradnja svih internacionalnih kamperskih klubova, udruženja ili saveza.

Nepredvidive situacije mogu kampisti vozaču stvoriti neplanirane probleme. Udruga kampista Hrvatske predlaže da se članovima klubova kampista osigura potrebna pomoć na slijedeći način:

- uz predočenje posebne iskaznice, čiji oblik i sadržaj tek trebamo odrediti, ostvarivala bi se potrebna pomoć

- kampista obavezno mora biti član svoje nacionalne kamperske udruge, kluba ili saveza

- uz valjanu člansku iskaznicu član nacionalne kamperske udruge, kluba ili saveza dobiva jedan telefonski broj za svaku državu koji može nazvati i iskazati svoj problem od 0 do 24 sata svaki dan u tjednu

- operator na pozvanom telefonskom broju pokušat će pomoći direktno ili će člana nacionalne kamperske udruge, kluba ili saveza uputiti na drugi telefonski broj na daljnju obradu

Udruga kampista Hrvatske u Hrvatskoj, a i sve druge nacionalne kamperske udruge, klubovi ili savezi u svojim državama, preuzimaju na sebe maksimalno angažiranje u osiguranju potrebne i što kvalitetnije pomoći. Nastale financijske troškove u Hrvatskoj, ali i u drugim državama, moguće je riješiti na slijedeće načine:

- član kampista ako nije u mogućnosti platiti nastale troškove na licu mjesta treba imati garanciju svoje nacionalne kamperske udruge, kluba ili saveza da će to biti riješeno putem tog kamperskog kluba po povratku sa svog putovanja u svoju zemlju prebivališta

- račun za ukupno nastale troškove člana kampista uvećat će se za 15 eura i poslati na nacionalnu kampersku udrugu, ili klub u državi iz koje je član kampista kojemu je pružena usluga

-dogovoreni izgled i univerzalan logo treba staviti na poleđinu nacionalne kamperske kartice koja je dimenzije kreditne kartice.

Nosioci projekta CAMPHELP su nacionalni kamperski klubovi, udruženja ili savezi. Za početak iz država: Češke, Hrvatske, Mađarske, Poljske, Slovačke i Slovenije, a proširenjem suradnje u ovaj projekt uključili bismo i druge države i njihove nacionalne kamperske udruge, klubove ili saveze.

Podrazumijeva se da bi sve nacionalne kamperske udruge trebale svaki u svojoj zemlji potpisati jednake ugovore sa svojim nacionalnim auto klubovima i biti nosilac projekta u svojoj državi. Neophodno je između pojedinih nacionalnih kamperskih udruga potpisati ugovore o međusobnoj suradnji, osnivanju i provedbi projekta CAMPHELP.

Nadamo se da će projekt CAMPHELP izbjeći neugodne situacije kampista u nezgodi kada plati nekoliko puta skuplje od normalne cijene. U svim slučajevima projekt CAMPHELP bi pružio kvalitetnu i brzu uslugu i pomoć po najnižim cijenama.


Udruga kampista Hrvatske osmislila je projekt CAMPHELP da bi olakšala kampistima probleme u slučaju kvara i prometne nezgode. To je naš prijedlog, koji se može i doraditi prema potrebi. Nadamo se da je provedba ovog projekta moguća u svim državama, a od velike je važnosti suradnja nacionalne kamperske udruge, kluba ili saveza sa nacionalnim auto-klubom koji ima svu potrebnu logistiku.

PROJECT "CAMPHELP" CARD

We all know that campers are tourists who travel by their own vehicles, be it their own cars, motor-campers or caravans.While on the road, beside nice moments, they can often encounter unforseen troubles when their engine or the caravan breaks down or if they have a major damage collision.

In order to make the journey safer and easier for all the campers on the road, we have created a special project which we named „CAMPHELP“. The purpose of this project is to help campers in dealing with problems, but to make this possible, we need the cooperation of all campers clubs and associations.

Such unforseen situations can cause unexpected troubles for campers drivers. The Croatian Campers Association proposes to organise the help for campers in the following way:

• Issuance of a special membership card – the details are yet to be determined upon
• Campers club or campers association membership is obligatory for all campers
• Being in possession of a valid national camping association or club membership enables campers to call a 24-hour service seven days a week in every country
• The service operator will try to help the member straight away or will find further assistance
• Members of both the national campers association or club and their national motor-car club will most probably be entitled to free repair or towing under  favourable conditions

The Croatian Campers Association in Croatia as well as all other national campers associations in their countries take maximum charge of a high-quality help.

The expenses made in Croatia but also in other countries, can be dealt with as follows:

• If unable to pay for the expenses on the spot, the member will have his national association or club guarantee that the expenses will be paid through their association or club upon the return to their domicile country
• The expenses will be charged with the additional 15,00 euros and sent to the relevant national campers association in the domicile country of the camper who has been offered help
• The expenses increased for 15,00 euros will be paid by the national campers association or club to the national auto-motor club which offered help. In this way, the national campers association or club is the guarantee that the expenses made by their member will be paid later on to the national auto-motor club which offered help. It is the obligation of the national campers association or club to take care of  the payment of their member's expenses and if a member for some reason doesn't want to pay or is impeded to pay for the expenses, the association or club is obligated to pay for his expenses
• It is necessary to design a recognizable visual logo which conveys the purpose of  CAMPHELP.

We suggest for now the combination of words „CAMPHELP“ in green colour, but we are open for new ideas.
The chosen logo should be imprinted on a plastic card the size of a usual credit card. We suggest it to be of white or bright yellow colour with the laser print of the CAMPHELP logo and the list of all the countries included in this project with the clearly imprinted phone numbers of all national campers associations and clubs. Such membership card should be equal for all the countries with only differences in members' names and data.
The cost of the plastic CAMPHELP membership cards should not be bigger than the cost of their manufacture plus the postal cost for shipping to the user, without any extra profit. The effort should be made to find the cheapest manufacture in countries participating in this project.
Along with the chosen logo, a self-adhesive stickers for caravans, mobilehomes and motor vehicles (trawlers) could be made.

The project is at the time called CAMHELP. It will be necessary to work out the idea and see if this name is easy to apply for the logo and on the cards.

During travelling, various unforseen situations for campers can happen, such as:

• Engine trouble on the motor vehicle, camper or mobilehome
• A collision with material demage or injured people
• Help needed in finding out the best itinerary to the destination
• Help needed in communication on the specific area, when a driver has lost the way to their destination

The carriers of the „CAMPHELP“ project are national campers clubs or associations. At the start they are from countries Czekia, Croatia, Hungaria, Polland, Slovakia and Slovenia. With the expansion of cooperation also some other countries and their campers associations and clubs would be included in the project.

Practical experience tells us that there are two specific cases in which campers seek help on the road:

• Cases which involve campers who are only members of national campers association or club
• Cases which involve campers who are at the same time members of national association or club and of national auto-motor club

Of course, we won't refuse to help campers who aren't members of national associations and clubs or members of national auto-motor clubs, but in such cases they won't be able to use the benefits offered by the project „CAMPHELP“ which, at the same time, gives a good motive and an additional impulse to become a member of the national campers associations or clubs.

It is understood that all the national campers associations and clubs in their countries should sign equal agreements with their national auto-motor clubs and that they should be carriers of the project in their countries.

In countries with more than one national campers association or club, it is necessary to have a common approach towards national auto-motor clubs and the benefits should be used in attracting new members.

It is necessary to sign agreeements about mutual cooperation, foundation and implementation of the „CAMPHELP“ project.between national campers associations or clubs.

We hope that the „CAMPHELP“ project will avoid unpleasant situations in which a camper pays for towing of his vehicle and/or caravan a few times larger amount than is the normal cost for towing service or a car repair. In all such cases, „CAMPHELP“ would provide a fast quality service at the lowest prices.

The Croatian Campers Association designed the „CAMPHELP“ project wth the intention to help campers in case of engine trouble or collision. Our proposition can be further worked out according to needs. We hope that the implementation of this project is possible in all countries, and the cooperation of national campers associations or clubs with the national auto-motor clubs which have all the necessary logistics, is of great importance.
